Saw Level Up for the first time at Tripole. She was amazing!!! The music hit hard and we were surrounded by dancing. She stopped her set when someone looked like they needed help till she knew they were ok. It’s so great to see a dj prioritize people’s well-being.
After her set, we went to see Ludacris and Level Up was dancing near us. We asked for a photo when Luda was spinning a Beeber mix, she said she had to dance with her friends too the song and take the picture after. When the song ended, she came to find us for the photo. She was an absolute delight of a human being, we need more of her kind of kindness and showing up for people in the world.
We’re not good at taking pictures, so she’s the one who looks like she’s photo bombing. Lol!
